I’m an Ottawa-born journalism graduate (Concordia University) with multimedia experience chasing and breaking stories in print, broadcast and digital journalism.
In 2014, I broke a national news story on page two of the Toronto Star about a conflict between a business owner and the office québecoise de la langue française over a Facebook page and was dispatched in 2013 to the Lac-Mégantic train disaster for VICE. My journalism has crossed international boundaries including stories about an indigenous celebration in Bolivia, prostitution in Madrid and refugees in Belgrade, and has touched on every subject of news from the aftermath of the Paris attacks to tech fixes for concussion symptoms in football.
